Together, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests, making it an ideal choice for private getaways, celebrations, or corporate retreats.
The villa itself houses spacious rooms and breathtaking views, while the cottages provide added privacy and comfort — including a bathtub for a touch of indulgence. A dedicated room for your staff or driver is also available for added convenience.

The space
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground level and another 2 on 1st level. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor has a garden view and the other 2 bedrooms on the first floor open to an expansive balcony that overlooks a sea of lush greenery.

➤ All 4 bedrooms come with attached washrooms for convenience.
➤ The private pool has a seating space near the pool for easy lounging.
➤ This villa is well designed, has a spacious living room where it can easily accommodate a group of people to enjoy TV together or simply play board games.
➤ There's also a separate dining hall to relish local delicacies provided by our in-house restaurant.
➤ Apart from the beautiful pool, there's also a nice Gazebo & a garden where you can enjoy the pleasant weather.
➤ Kids are in for a treat with a nice hammock at the property.
➤ The lawn area is expansive, where you can indulge in fun games of badminton, cricket, etc.
Getting Around
➤ The villa is approx 1-2hr drive from Mumbai & 2-3 hr drive from Pune.
➤ Karjat Railway Station is 30 mins away form the villa.
➤ The location is peaceful, quiet, which lets you unwind from all city chaos.
Food
➤ We offer All Meals Plan (Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea, Dinner): Rs. 1200 per person per day.
➤ The meals are compulsory and payable directly at the property.
➤ Food and Drinks are allowed only in Dining space.
➤ Outside food is not allowed at the Villa.

Other Things to Note
➤ In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations, electric issues due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 700 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every three hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown.
➤ Considering the location of the villa, Internet connectivity & TV signal can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains, or other causes.
